Note: Fasting isn't a perpetual undertaking but it should be regular. Since 30Aug19 my journal entries have skyrocketed. Building a fasting regiment into writing calendar slows me down. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. (written 25Sep19)
Prayer: How do I write without burning out my wick? Content is a consuming flame.
I need to do 390 days of being a vegan and use those days to listen more keenly to the Lord.
